Ever heard that "Nothing in life is free?" Well, it's absolutely wrong if by free you mean not having to pay money to get it. There are a lot of free things in life, some of which we would be dead without like the air we breathe, nature's soft rug of grass, laughter, a smile, gifts from friends and family, and guess what? A laptop! Yes, you can have a laptop for free if you know where to go and what to do.
To win a free laptop means that you don't have to fork out money to pay for it, but you will have to do something in exchange. Don't worry, it won't be a major requirement, and it can actually be fun. Just join a "Free Laptop Competition."
The advantage this kind of activity has over one that would require you to buy tickets or shares, or what not, is that, provided you meet the basic requirements, then you're well on your way to claiming your free laptop.

I love free giveaways. Seriously, who doesn't love to get something for free? Whether the giveaways are from family members looking to dump some extra clothing on me or an online, high dollar company giving away free merchandise, I love it all. The problem comes when I try to find free giveaways online that do not have some catch involved. But, there are ways to win free giveaways if you look hard enough.
For many of my online searches I usually start with a Google search (or whatever search engine suites you) to find the high dollar giveaway that I want to own. When I type in the words "free iPad" for example, I usually find thousands of sites offering a free giveaway. However, most of the sites just look sketchy from the start. Most of the time, I look past the ones that just appear to be a scam up front. This may be a mistake in my process, but for the most part I have been pretty good at guessing right. I tend to look for sites that are professional and not over the top. If they are pressuring me to click on a deal because time is running out, sometimes with the use of an annoying timer on screen, I move right on to the next page. But, if a company has taken their time to create an appealing, well-planned welcome page I will stick around. Once I am on a site that I think is legitimate, I will immediately look for guarantees or terms and conditions of the company offering the giveaway. Most legitimate companies display this information as large as possible for those skeptical of their site. Once I have assured myself of the practices of the company, I will usually stay on the sites that offer interesting games or chances at prizes without a lot of activity.
